We continuously evaluate the health, safety and environmental aspects of our products and services. KM Industrial Services operates a “Stop Work Authority” mentality, providing every employee the ability to stop any project if they feel there is a hazard or safety risk.
Our safety performance is a strong indication that this methodology works. Communication from all levels is crucial to providing a safe environment. Our hands-on management approach requires our supervisors, managers, and corporate executives to be thoroughly involved in operations at many different levels.

The Management team of KM Industrial is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment by protecting employees from workplace injury and incidents.
The purpose of reporting a near miss/hit is to ensure that all “Good Catch” incidents (including minor incidents) are reported, recorded and investigated. Reporting and sharing information with relevant parties creates an opportunity to answer questions of what happened and why and then to use this insight to determine how to prevent a reoccurrence.
